GRIP connects to the systems you already use. Contracts and spend come from AFAS or Elari, room data and notifications from your FMIS.

ERP · AFAS Profit

Pull your contracts straight from AFAS Profit. You choose which contracts you actively manage in GRIP.

Supplier, term, notice period and contract owner come along with the import.
GRIP recognizes suppliers by their Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number, so you do not end up with duplicate suppliers.
If a contract is already there, a new import updates it instead of creating a duplicate.
View contract documents from AFAS in GRIP. AI completes the contract from those documents.
Changes in AFAS show up field by field. You decide whether to apply them.
AFAS stays the source: fields that come from AFAS are edited in AFAS.

P2P · formerly Spend Cloud

Pull contracts and invoice lines from Elari. Next to actions and KPIs, you see what was actually spent on each contract.

You choose which contracts you manage in GRIP. A contract that is already there is not imported twice.
Invoice lines for those contracts come in as financial KPI measurements per contract.
Link cost centers to locations, so you see spend per location.
After every sync you see which contract details changed in Elari. You decide whether to apply them.
